This is no average Bourgogne Blanc: This is the go-to white from Christophe Cordier, the guy Wine Spectator called a “miracle worker” and Robert Parker called a “hero.”The nose brought us that much closer to the ripe citrus and orchard fruits dotted with chalky limestone and a tinge of Mediterranean herbs. The chiseled palate completed the picture with striking, silky clarity.    Our 400 bottles are the only ones in the country.
